PERSONAL CARE AIDES PROGRAM (PCA):
Personal Care Aides are a trained caregivers
who provide non-medical assistance to patients and elderly.
Our PCAs are highly trained to provide home care services.
HOME HEALTH AIDES PROGRAM (HHA):
Home Health Aides are trained and certified
caregivers who provide in-home care and assistance to patients and able-challenged
individuals. They provide assistance with day-to-day activities including bathing, dressing,
cleaning, communication, and mobility, as well as other non-medical services.
✓ Are fully certified, highly trained and reliable
✓ Are thoroughly screened and insured
✓ Are supervised by a registered nurse and staffing coordinator
✓ Maintain a high level of safety and comfort for patients
✓ Provide companionship to patients (diversional activities, etc.)
✓ Provide needed support to patients and their families (moderate exercise, etc.)
✓ Prepare and serve meals according to the patient’s dietary needs and assist them with feeding if needed
✓ Assist patient with walking, turning and range of motion
✓ Assist with personal hygiene (bathing, showering, grooming, etc.)
